If you are not satisfied with your boots, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of placing your order. If you pre-order products, you can return within 30 days after we have shipped your products. We only refund products that are unused, have hangtags on and are registered in our return portal.
Returns are charged at SEK 59 per return if you do not return 4 or more products, then a return fee of SEK 100 is charged.
The fee will be charged from your original invoice.

As soon as you have placed your order, we will start processing it. Delivery time depends on the time and day you place your order and which part of the world you live in. Estimated delivery time in Sweden is 1-3 weekdays, in Europe 2-10 weekdays and 3-14 weekdays in the rest of the world. Our goal is for all orders to be delivered within two weeks of placing the order.

If you have paid with Klarna Pay Later and want to return your order, you can pause the invoice by reporting a return in the Klarna app.
