If you are not satisfied with your boots, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of placing your order. If you pre-order products, you can return within 30 days after we have shipped your products. We only refund products that are unused, have hangtags on and are registered in our return portal.
Returns are charged at SEK 59 per return if you do not return 4 or more products, then a return fee of SEK 100 is charged.

We do our very best not to wear out nature unnecessarily and thus want to encourage unnecessary changes.

The cost of a return shipment depends on which country you are sending from. For example, from Sweden it costs 59 SEK and from Denmark 59 DKK. If you return 4 or more products, a return fee of SEK 100 will be charged. -
No, unfortunately we do not allow that.
All returns must be returned to Wobbi's warehouse in Skurup, Skåne. We work with PostPac/OgoShip for all deliveries and returns. It is also not possible to send/return returns at Wobbi's office. -
The absolute majority of those who buy Wobbi's are satisfied and keep the products, which means that a lot of return shipping notes are thrown away completely unnecessarily. This is not good for the environment and it is easier for you as a customer to follow the return process in the platform.

As soon as you have placed your order, we will start processing it. Delivery time depends on the time and day you place your order and which part of the world you live in. Estimated delivery time in Sweden is 1-3 weekdays, in Europe 2-10 weekdays and 3-14 weekdays in the rest of the world. Our goal is for all orders to be delivered within two weeks of placing the order.

There are several payment options. You can pay with Klarna, Mastercard, Maestro, Visa debit and credit , Amex, PayPal and Swish .
If you have paid with Klarna Pay Later and want to return your order, you can pause the invoice by reporting a return in the Klarna app.
